You can find them all by selecting "Money" in top navigation bar and then clicking the "Withdraw Money" button in the corner. You can transfer money to your connected bank account, request a check, or shopping or withdraw cash using your FREE PayPal debit card. If you op for the money transfer and you are just getting started there may be a limit on the amount you can withdraw. The system will prompt you for additional details to verify who you are and the limit will be lifted once the details are confirmed.
